High-Tech-Ski boots are characterized by low weight, firm and comfortable fit and high precision in controlling the ski. These properties can be achieved by the use of impact-modified Desmopan® ski boot grades.

Advantages of this product group are high scratch resistance of the surface, high tear strength and tear propagation strength and very limited changes in the E-modulus at colder temperatures i.e. the stiffness is relatively constant over a temperature range of +20°C to -20°C.

The latest generation of Desmopan® ski boot grades is highly transparent up to a wall thickness of 6 mm. This offers greater freedom for fashionable design of modern ski boots and gives you an insight into the “inner life” of the shoe.

Of course these Desmopan® grades fulfill all necessary product requirements of ski boot materials as high scratch resistance of the surface, high tear strength and tear propagation strength and very limited changes in the E-modulus at colder temperatures.
