The outsoles of the new Bally golf shoe collection are lightweight, elastic and durable. The collection has been produced and marketed under license by the Spirit of Golf company. For the production by injection molding a special ester TPU, Desmopan® 481, was selected.

This material is easy to process and requires only a short cycle time. Desmopan® 481 additionally bonds exceedingly well to the material used for the uppers.

The patented inner sole in spring steel, which is encapsulated with thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) by injection molding, ensures optimum stability, transverse rigidity and uniform pressure distribution. The foot is thus always supported in the correct anatomic position.

This inner sole provides optimum support for the different inlay soles. An optimum fit can be ensured by exchanging these inlay soles which are available in different width - normal, narrow or wide.
